Your amazing 7 day adventure begins with first hand personal experience. There is only so much you can learn from a book, there is more to know and learn from in the doing.

The instructor led sessions is an important part of all your certification, as competency will be based on your individual knowledge, skills and professional attitude observed.

Your International Certification will only be awarded if the following 3 areas are met, the competencies of your skills will be assessed through...

Your actions, Your attitude and Your approach

1. The completion of your written assessment (pass mark of 75%). You’ll receive your with your pre-study pack, it’s an open book test and you have plenty of time to get all the answers from all your resources.

2. Your ecology and your performance (this means your total success in application of techniques through the exercises within the training).

3. Your 100% participation and focus throughout the training.
Your skills will be valued in regards to core competencies.

These skills will be assessed by a combination of: observation, written assessment; language patterns; professional attitude and approach. Each exercise must have a 100% success rate. If an exercise is not successful – you will have the opportunity to redo the exercise outside of the training hours, under the direct supervision of either a trainer or supervising assistant from Octavian.

The amount of value and level of skill for this training will be equal to the amount of effort and personal work that you put into it.

And you'll continue to receive ongoing support and opportunities...

After you complete your certicification, you can further refine your skills with our focus groups; our International Coaching Assistants Program; personal email support from your trainers; coaching and supervision and our online discussion forum with other experienced NLPers.
