Because an Excellent NLP Practitioner will have no judgement, we are more like a detective, looking at all the clues, all the evidence of behaviour; watching carefully all EYE ACCESSING QUES listening intensely to all language patterns (both verbal and non verbal) consistently. Clearly identifying the challenges and the strategies that work.

Moving on to a Master level is about you ability to ensure you will always be at CAUSE clearly at the same time aware of the EFFECT. From even the basic level of NLP we learn about What it takes to get the best result, the important points required to ACHEIVABLE OUTCOMES. Being able to easily Recognising what is pre-supposed within someones language. An NLP Practitioner will use all the information presented, know the right PREDICATES and MODALITY to use effectively while continuing to FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT.

The NLP Practitioner knows the impact and effect of language, the best questions and how to breaking patterns which no longer serves them. An NLP Practitioner has the knowledge and know how of quickly changing the order and sequence of events. Because it is in essence the code of ones thinking that you can find the important comparisons, the key, the drivers of thought which make the difference. (SUB MODALITIES).

An excellent Master knows the quality of skill in using QUANTUM LINGUISTICS not that you can not, as sometimes you can use it and yet not know it and it is in the not knowing, the skill lies (especially with effective PRESUPPOSITIONS). EMBEDDED into beliefs they will COMMAND action and easily continue to ANCHOR in what they have learnt. I was told in a training by another Master, answering a question
proposed by a student who read a book in knowing how it is important to
evenly spread sometimes a heavy amount of MILTON MODEL patterns into the mix, knowing it's a dynamic receipe, it's also often unique and always to the best taste.

So the Master is looking from an advantage point, quietly thinking circles around a challenge, being able to REFRAME and change with a new ways of thinking. Listening to the all the important details get from a higher perspective the real VALUE, and clearly - the higher purpose of this negotiation. A Master will retain this value and gain the agreement while discussing the finer details and moving through the HIERACHY OF IDEAS.

A Master will delve even more deeply into ones language, moving easily from one level of thinking to another, ensusing they only use the most appropriate META MODEL questions and are purposely aware of the COMPLEX META PROGRAMS which are at the most unconscious level of thinking. Taking into account the personality characteristics of knowing at what stage is their thinking, how they are best energised, how they form opinions, gather information and make decisions. BREAKING THROUGH and MODELLING inspirational leaders in order to get results.

Now in having all the PARTS INTERGRATE to form the whole picture, the right state, and consistently follows STRATEGIES which succeed by learning in the doing.
