Many people today feel stressed and overworked. The effect of this stress on the body and the mind is quiet destructive. We tend to over-react to situations; have difficulty concentrating; forget things; experience difficulty sleeping as well as all the health issues associated to stress.
These Free monthly meditation sessions are aimed at those who are looking for some instruction and guidance on meditation practise and techniques. We will teach you the importance of breath; different meditation postures; Qigong body and mind focus. The benefits of Meditation is best experienced when practised daily. You'll be surprised at how 15mins/day will make a difference, bringing more peace of mind, balance, energy and creativity.
These sessions are delivered in the Eastern Suburbs beaches between Bondi and Clovely and are limited to small groups. Be sure to register your interest and we will be in contact with you to answer any questions and/or reserve your place.
