Having a healthy Glow

Imagine how different life could be if we were to gauge our health by what we see as well as what we feel? Not just by what we see in the mirror each day or our body image and colour of reflection but looking more inside and paying attention to our internal mood meter.


How do our thoughts effect the emotions we feel and how inturn does that impact on our own internal physical state?

Many studies have been done by scientific researchers which show a strong correlation between our emotional state and our immune system. The relationship between brain-wave activity and pulse rate, body temperature, breathing rate, galvanic skin emissions, pupil dilation and our immune response now is well documented.

Do we think our way into disease? Can our emotions and self talk make us sick? Is there a way to change and think ourselves well, improve our physical health by focusing more on our mental and emotional health. You probably already know there is.

Could it be more a matter of making a real commitment to yourself - rolling up your sleeves to do the work needed to make it happen. How would it feel to take back the control of your own health.

Dr Emoto did some very interesting studies on the impact of thought patterns on water. If you have not yet seen the movie - What the bleep do we know anyway, I can highly recommend it will make you think differently about what you think about every day, since our bodies are made up of 90% water.

A second movie is also available called "How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go" is another fantastic movie about the quantum of your body and the effect on your physical world and well being.
