Suffering From Inner Conflicts?

Do you sometimes feel differently to how you behave or act? Are you experiencing inner conflict?
We all know that you you know that there are times we do not act out how or what we feel, this is not what this blog is about. I'm more concerned when you are often not acting or expressing how you feel because you're either embarrased, ashamed, anxious or confused.

As an adjective:
lacking a part or parts; not whole; not full:
unfinished; not concluded:
not perfect; not thorough.
Incompletions is also defined with energy...
Incompletions can suck the life force out of you. It's amazing how much more energy you have after completing a task.

The answer to this question is really dependant on how you define "addiction" and your own perspective of what this means, like what do you gain from this belief? Is it a just great excuse or is it something the tobacco companies love you to also believe?
